WEIR provides services to the refined coal industry relative to productivity analysis, production capacity evaluation, technical assistance and professional opinion.

WEIR monitors facility construction and provides owner's representative services. Placed in service certifications and evaluation studies conducted by WEIR include operating capability, operating cost, productivity, and capital expenditures related to refined coal facilities. In addition, WEIR evaluates facility compliance with respect to Internal Revenue Service guidelines and conducts Phase I environmental audits related to the facility and facility site.
