Our experience and expertise in the synthetic fuel industry has segued into providing services to the refined coal industry (Internal Revenue Service Tax Code Section 45) including: phase I environmental audits, placed in service certifications, refined coal facility relocation, refined coal facility construction, operation inspections, operations assessments, production capacity tests, and due diligence. In addition, WEIR has provided facility and asset appraisals, litigation support, expert witness testimony, construction management, and safety analysis.
